About HPRCT Association

HPRCT met for the first time in 1994 as a collaboration of commercial Nuclear Power Plant performance improvement specialists. There were 50 representatives from 5 countries that met in Dallas, TX. The planning team developed the following mission statement.

“to provide a collaborative setting for participants to share concepts and best practices related to continuous improvement initiatives- including human performance improvement, data analysis, root cause analysis, corrective action and other organizational effectiveness assessment tools and techniques.”

HPRCT was formally organized as a 501(c)6 business league as the Human Performance, Root Cause and Trending Association in 2003.

In 2019 we formally changed our name to the HPRCT Association.

Over the past decade, we have opened our doors and expanded our scope to include anyone in any industry that wants to work toward the original mission statement (bolded above):

We host annual virtual or live conferences, offer monthly webinars and are in the process of developing a virtual community to help our members gain insight from one another to promote learning and encourage our organizations to strive for continuous improvement.
